Driving the Elite Autosport GEN3
Posted: Sun Sep 29, 2013 8:38 pmI had the opportunity to drive the Elite Autosport GEN3 today. The engine sounds fantastic and the increase in speed is very noticeable. While the added horsepower is great, I think the major advantage is the reduction in weight. The car is more nimble and braking distances appear to be reduced.
The only negative in my opinion is the clutch. It was great on the track. However, it was difficult to get the car rolling in the paddock without killing the engine. It got better with each start I made, but remained challenging to the end.
