It looks like all GEN3 converted cars are legal to run in Divisional races in 2014, but will not score points. It appears that GEN3 cars will NOT be allowed to run in Majors races.

I posted this on the general forum but decided to copy it here as well.

What are known these days as the Kettle Regional (at Road America) and Fall Sprints (at Blackhawk Farms) will, if I understand the rules correctly, be the first points races of the 2014-15 season. Since I only have one chassis I am going to convert it to the Gen 3 in time for the Kettle and plan to run both events. It would be fun if we could get as many Gen 3 owners as possible to run those two races. We'd all get to try to put points on the board for 2015 and have people to race at the same time. Anyone out there who thinks that they might be able to join in?
