My gen3 engine should be coming in this month. I'm trying to forecast the conversion cost (Bulldog will do the conversion for me, and it's their first one). Any estimates out there for ranges of man-hours required to complete a conversion?

Thank you

Just like anything, I could do the second one in less than half the time I did the first one. I wouldn't even want to venture how long it took me because I wasn't in a rush. For a pro who was on the second or third one maybe 40 hours but that's just a guess.

Comprent is doing mine right now. It will be their third conversion. Their estimate was about 40 hours to do the conversion.

It's also a "while you're in there" proposition whether it's the first or not. I ended up needing new parts here and there, and I was pretty anal going through and updating and cleaning lots of small stuff.
