AIM smartycam

Questions:

1. My front mounted cam did not record my race at High Plains.
Data was there, I downloaded. When I went to upload the chip into the laptop it said "no file" Every session before that was recorded perfectly. The only thing I can think of is that I forgot to install the rear cam memory chip into the smarty cam. Would "that" misstep cause the front cam not to record?


2. Is there any other camera system that would interface with the AIM system. I have a rear and a front smarty cam but they won't synchronize so that I can not show front and rear views together.

There's a great forum on rennlist for data acquisition in general with a bunch of AIM knowledge. If you're lucky the file is there and just needs to be patched, unless of course the memory card wasn't in the camera
