I don't see it on either the Motorsports Reg or DLB Racing sites' calendars. I'm thinking it should be open around now.

I thought Majors were to be 3 day events with 5 on track sessions? Pocono is 3 sessions over two days. Summit is 4 sessions over two days. Does this something to do with track availability or expected numbers for these events? Bill

Lee,

I know I should let this go and I ass-u-me you know what the BoD directives were, but the following Hoosier Super Tour events were two days with four sessions:

. Willow Springs (8 groups)
. Buttonwillow (8 groups)
. Hallett (7 groups)
. NOLA (had five sessions but only 6 run groups)

Just thought you should be accurate in your statement(s)...

The point I was trying to make was that Summit was a Conference Championship event and for those events the format/schedule is controlled by the region within certain minimums. Lee Hill SEDiv SRF 72
