Phil Keirn passed away early Sunday morning.I will certainly miss him. He was my boss. He got me back into SCCA racing on SRF's. It is how I met Scott Rettich. So even though he was my boss, he was much more, a true friend. I became good friends with his wife, Nita. He even said I talked to her more than him. I am at a loss for words.
So, rest in peace, PK. You are done with your race here on Earth.
Checkered Flag, my Friend!

His funeral will be at Smith & Sons Funeral Home On Sat July 6th
207 North Main Str
Columbia City, IN 46725
Visitation is 4 to 7 pm
Funeral at 7 pm

Phil was a major member of the SRF community. He supported a lot of races. Many of you probably thought he was a CSR, but he was not. Remember the days when at lunch-time he gave his update on Lincoln welders Cen Div points. He was even quite the racer. He has run the Daytona 24 hours. He had quite the Corvette and a Chevy Monza. The SCCA has lost another great member.

Another great one lost. Those who knew him, loved him. WE always laughed when Phil was around and his pranks were awesome!
