I am looking for a winter project. I want to buy an older SRF, wrecked or sitting in a garage somewhere that needs a lot of work. An old Gen 2 car, not a Renault powered car. May consider a Gen 3 with old transmission. Any condition. My idea is to build a track day car. I have extensive fabrication experience and repaired badly crashed cars in the past. So clean out your garage and let me know what you have for sale.

When you say old do you mean basket cases that need a lot of work? There are Gen 3's here for sale with the old five speed but these are solid running cars, mine among them.

I will consider any SRF in any condition. But not looking for a SRF 3 with the new sequential trans.
