Are we allowed to run an Exhaust Gas Temp probe on the Header at the Cyl. Head?

Doug, I have seen several cars with heat strips hose clamped to each header very close the header flange/head.

John Hagerman fixed up a header with bungs for four EGT probes. You might want to check with him to see if it was worthwhile.
