I've seen one; took some pictures, but would any one have a source or more information about this portable engine hoist for SRF?

took some pictures...

C/Would you please share the pictures?
Is there a DIY-opportunity here?
Using my HF Engine hoist is a bit of a pain - and I would not describe it as portable.
Maybe "transportable."

Did a bit of sleuthing and came up with a contact that was kind enough to get me some dimensions and pictures of the elusive Clamp-on-Engine-Hoist. Tony (aka marines2060) gets all the credit. I'll most likely be putting one together soon, and will add any more pics that may be relevant.

I tried to add a word doc and a pdf - no go, so hopefully the attached "yearbook style" mosaic will be helpful.

If anyone would like the pdf - drop me a pm.

THANKS - TONY!

Hey Dave,

Don't you have one sitting around in the back storage room?

The CSRs have these. Kevin (at Comprent) was using one at the track a couple weeks ago. You can reach him at (706) 543-1797.

That's the one Tony took the pictures of.
I need to put it back in the trailer. :)
