Front and rear track dimentions? plus others

Also wondering about nose clearance for getting in and out of the trailer. What is the nose overhang from the front axle center line?
What is the bolt circle diameter for the wheels (making fixture for tire mounting machine)

car length 12foot 6 ?
width 66" ?
height 44" ?
front to rear weight distribution ?
