Does anyone know how loud a Gen 2 Spec Racer Ford is with a Laguna muffler? Is it over 90 db?

Shouldn't be a problem. Generally it's close to 87db in a Gen2 (quieter than a Gen3 with the Laguna muffler, which I found out the hard way when my G3 qualifying time was DQ'ed for 91 db on a damp track in 3rd gear.) Conditions may vary (e.g. morning fog vs dry, sunny day). Should be fine, but if in doubt, move toward the center of the track when going past the sound shack on the right just past the T5 exit curbing.

We've had no problems making 90 with the Laguna muffler on a G2.

I seem to recall I could make 91db without a muffler when I was racing the Gen2 -- but you have to make sure you pull 4th gear out of turn 5. If you are slow for some reason and buzz the sound check at the top of 3rd gear, all bets are off :)
