Heads up for those about to leave for the Laguna -or any race - weekend; this is one of those stupid F1 events where Canada is NOT on Speed. It looks like its on Fox, so set you DVRs accordingly - add a long extension plus also record Speed Post-Race and the delayed Tuesday Speed replay (because Fox will cut the race off in the last lap to go to taped coverage of last month's Pet Food 250).

How true Tony, thanks for the heads up! Hope it will be as exciting as last year's race!!

Eddie Jordan does remind me a bit of you, Tony :)

Really like it that the roundy roundy qualifying intruded into the F1 time!!

AND, just in for the Portland market, Teens Kids News and other programs will pre-empt live coverage until 3PM local.

Bump this topic for Spain; Valencia this Sunday is also not on Speed. This is a public service announcement.

Strange they're showing some of the most processional races on FOX but the more interesting ones (to me) are on SPEED. Oh well.

These FOX broadcasts play havoc with my live t&s. Some of the ads jump forward and some pause the action. I spend more time re-syncing after every commercial.
Good news...FOX doesn't have too many commercials.

Hal,

You can still catch live timing, just get up early and connect. But you will have to imagine the action ("visualize" as Ross Bently of Speed Secrets fame would say). Then watch Fox to see how well you "visualized"!!!! :D
