Market for Obsolete Rains

Is there a market for our soon to be obsolete rain tires? Does anyone else run them besides us? May be an SRF school or someone with a track day car could use them. I suspect I am not the only one who hates to throw away a perfectly good set of tires.

You can still run them in regional races.
Would also add that, given the strong similarity in tread patterns, it would take a sharp eye to spot the difference in tech. |

Ray Charles obvious...but tech doesn't always seem to care about lap times. |
Wait, I thought Bob is right, legality for the old rains will go away after this season even in Regional events. Wrong?

Ohhhh...my stomach...should I ....I have to. Yes, 12/31/12 they are done.
Suggestions: 1) not printable, but I don't think that part of my anatomy would accept a tire...thanks to those who suggested it for thinking of me though! 2) childs swing 3) 13" small bore production or GT / maybe IT cars. They might find a home after they see how fast they are. Erik

Ought to be way sticky enough for cone dancing.
Hit a parking lot and make some cold calls on the 13" crowd. H.(Erik...would a shaved set fit?)B. |

Aside from the obvious speed difference, they have different "Model" numbers that would easily be discerned in Tech.
Of course Eric (and the CRB) could give us another year of to try and use them up. |
