I didn't get to watch the Runoffs live, so I especially appreciate that Speedcasttv almost immediately had a replay of the whole day available. Here is the link:

The SRF race starts at 60 minutes in.

I am not usually that big on streamed race video, but I thought they did a really good job.

Yeah, I flagged with one of the announcers (Greg Creamer) on Tuesday, and I thought he did a great job on the commentating (he even gave me and my family a shout-out in the beginning). It is definitely fun to watch, but I do notice they only focused on the front. There was a lot of action throughout the whole pack.

Quite surprised by the quality; played back on my TV steamed from a MacMini and the quality was well above standard definition TV. They've come a long way since the first year, both in terms of the video quality and the level of the camera coverage and the commentary. As good as anything I remember from the SpeedChannel days. Didn't hurt that there was great racing throughout the field!

We saw Mike O'Callaghan from FlatOut Racing at Laguna this weekend. They supported Todd Harris, Steve Fogg', and Johnny Tipton's cars. He said there were a lot of GoPro's on the cars and most likely something cool will happen...

I would normally say the same thing about focusing on the front of the field, but I think these were exceptional circumstances and am pretty impressed that the director was able to catch the action so well on the spot.

I have to admit I was down on speedcast TV, but this has really turned me around.

I know that Todd had one facing forward and one facing rearward - on the bottom frame rail! Would love to see footage.

Of the three of us "pro-drive" drivers, Mr Sales (Johnny T) is the biggest tech master of the group. (I know seems funny that the "Sales" guy is the computer nerd) I believe he can put together some video from all of our "Go-Pro" cameras and then post. I have watched only my front camera and the quality is amazing. Doesn't hurt to be watching the four guys that were in front of me either. Stay tuned.

Johnny T, are you out there???? You have some work to do this weekend.............

Denny, great racing with you, even though your race up front was cut short. As we discussed, lets connect in Austin over F1 weekend. Would enjoy getting together.
