For those interested, I just got an email from ALMS regarding their new name, branding, classes, etc...

"Sept. 5, 2012 marked a historical day for sports car racing in North America when the merger of GRAND-AM Road Racing and the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón was announced. History will be made again as the new series name and logo will be unveiled Thursday, March 14 during the 61st Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring Fueled by Fresh From Florida.
