Hi SRF’s.
I am trying to improve the fit of my rear body section to the middle section and found that the air intake tube is the cause of my poor fit.
What does one do to fix this issue? Re route the tube or make it egg shape?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I have found that before and it was due to the hose being to short. Get a new hose and it will be longer and makes the bend lower toward the bottom of the roll bar it is sitting on. this allows the tail to sit down. take it lose at center section and push it back, does it sit better? if so that will take care of it. Hope this helps. SEI Motorsports

If you have the new type intake hose, the rubber elbows are NOT interchangeable. Try swapping them, i.e. turn the pipe around, and see if that lowers the tube. I found this by trial and error.
