I just picked up an SRF. Below is what I am planning to do off season. Any opinions on what I am missing.

Return log book to SCCA for new
Annual Inspection
Measure existing suspension setup
Remove springs and sway bar links to check all pivot points and clean/lube as needed
Rebuild brakes and check brake sliders
Adjust seat/steering wheel/pedals to suit
Install new gauges. Adding Mychron because I do not like the lack of shift light and other indicators
Paint
New fluids

I will add to that.

Remove all moving suspension parts so you can inspect the rod ends and when re assembling you can clean and lubricate the threads. When you remove the rod ends count the threads and document so you can put them back to the same position. This will pay dividends during alignment adjustments.

Replace/clean fuel filters.

Do a fuel pressure volume test to see if you need a new fuel pump.

Replace relays.

Check seat belt dates.

Inspect fire system and function of the release cable. Do not let the junk out!

Thank you for the great information! I have read about the fuel pump some. I will test. I am also planning to add a wideband Air Fuel Ratio sensor using Mychron.

I would have never thought about the relays.

CV joints (while you are doing the bearings)? Shift linkage (u-joints, bushings, shafts)?

One more item: Have the shocks rebuilt and sealed. They do not replace the end bearings, you will have to do that.

Every season? I suppose it depends on usage.

We dyno them periodically. At least take them off to make sure one / more aren't DOA.

I usually rotate them through the corners to even out the heat exposure of the exhaust and then have them checked/rebuilt after the 4th year.
Also, Dave, I based my suggestion on the fact this was recent purchase and I am assuming no idea of shock maintenance.
